Meet the team
Sr Pamela Jwili is the Founder of PNJ Sunshine Healthcare Centre. She is a qualified Registered Nurse with General, Community, Psychiatry Nursing, as well as Midwifery. She also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Diabetes from the University of South Wales (UK),a clinical trainer, Nursing Assessor and Moderator.
She has worked at Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital as a Peadiatric ICU Nurse and proceeded to be the Clinical Nurse Leader of the Well baby and Mother clinic at Tsakane Ext 10 Clinic and a Primary Health Nurse. She is a qualified Nursing Informatics Lead training Doctors and Allied Healthcare Providers the new Electronic Medical Records(EMR) with one of the leading private sector hospital group.
Furthermore, she has worked with an outstanding team at Guidepost, Diabetes Telemedicine institution with the guidance of Peadiatric Endocrinologist, Prof Segal and a team of Diabetes Nurse Educators in South Africa. She is part of Discovery Health Network Diabetes Nurse Educators. Currently, she is affiliated with an Endocrinologist, Dr TC Botha and a Specialist Physicians Dr PP Mentoro, Dr F Beetge an OBGYN Dr L Motshegare based at Netcare Sunward Park Hospital. As well as Specialist Physician and Nephrologist Dr P Langa at Netcare N17 Hospital.
Her love of nursing and public health served as a stepping stone to start her own facility and bridge the gap in the health industry.
She is currently running Diabetes Educator and Nurse Mentorship Programs to train and guide those aspiring to be Nurse entrepreneurs in Diabetes Care Speciality and Wellness Solutions.
